Wow, I can't believe it's been 3 weeks since I last posted! Sorry! Anyway, here are some fun pictures. We're all doing great... getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Updates

Here are our latest happenings! :)

-> We went to Tate Farms last weekend - so much fun! It is a pumpkin patch type thing with lots of neat activities for kids. Michael really enjoyed it and I already can't wait to go back next year. Meredith slept the whole time, which was nice too.

-> We had dr appts for both kiddos on Thursday; Michael's 18 mo visit and Meredith's 2 mo visit.
Michael weighs 23 lbs 12 oz and is 31 and 5/8 inches tall. He's still in the 25th percentile for both height and weight, so right on his growth curve - yay! He didn't have to get any shots (since we aren't doing flu shots), which he was very happy about. We don't go back for another visit until he's 2 yrs old.
Meredith weighs 10 lbs 6 oz and is 21.75 inches long. That puts her in the 25-50th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for length. She got 3 shots and an oral vaccine, none of which she liked. ;) She goes back the first week in January for her 4 month visit.

-> Halloween was much more fun this year. Michael wore a flight suit which was ever so cute, and Meredith had a super cute kitty onesie. Michael liked answering the door to give out candy, although he wanted to be held while doing so! He was pretty confused as to why everyone looked so strange and why we were giving away candy! We didn't take him out trick-or-treating as he did seem a little wary of the whole thing... although I'm sure he'll love it next year. :)

Baby Shower

Well, yesterday was the last shower for the babies-in-a-row group! Laura-Beth had her twins March 22, Anne` had her little girl June 6, I had Meredith August 22, and Cheryl is due November 22 (but probably won't make it past the first week of Nov.).

I'm not sure who he thinks he's helping. :) Seriously though, he really does help a lot! He knows how to get diapers (for himself and for Meredith), wipes, throw things away, find his cup, all sorts of things!

Princess Cake

This is a cake I did for Hope's 6th birthday. :)

This is what happens when Mommy decides that an (almost) 18 month old is big enough to be ignored while he's playing super quietly and Mommy is trying to rest with little sister.





Yes... that's an entire roll (jumbo size) of toilet paper... plus part of another one that is soaking wet from being dunked in the toilet. Also what happens when Mommy is too tired to remember that the bathroom door is open.
